Day 1: From Entebbe to Queen Elizabeth National Park
You will be picked from your hotel in Entebbe in the morning and taken to Queen Elizabeth National Park. You will be accommodated at Katara Lodge for the night.
Day 2: Do Chimpanzee tracking in Karinzu Forest;
After breakfast you will go for chimpanzee tracking in Karinzu Forest; then you will proceed to Kasenyi Lodge for the night, and on the way you will enjoy a game drive through Queen Elizabeth National Park.
Day 3: Do an early morning drive
From Kasenyi Lodge you will set off for an early morning game drive. After lunch you go on a boat cruise on Kazinga Channel. You will again stay the night at Kasenyi Lodge.
Day 4: Travel from Queen Elizabeth to Bwindi impenetrable Forest Park
Early in the morning you will leave Queen Elizabeth National Park and travel to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest via the Ishasha Sector where you might sight the famous tree-climbing lions of Queen Elizabeth National Park. In Bwindi you will spend the night at Ruhija Lodge.
Day 5:Do gorilla tracking and proceed to Lake Bunyonyi
Gorilla tracking will be the highlight of the day, after which, you will proceed to Lake Bunyonyi in Kabale District where you will spend the night at Birdsnest Hotel.
Day 6: Explore Lake Bunyonyi
Day 6: You will spend most of the day exploring Lake Bunyonyi including a visit to Punishment Island. You will also enjoy canoe trekking and sightseeing the incredibly beautiful terraced countryside. Again, you will spend another night at Birdsnest Hotel.
Last Day: Depart to Kigali International Airport in Rwanda
From L. Bunyonyi you will depart for Kigali International Airport in Rwanda for your return flight back home. You will have lunch in one of the restaurants in the capital city of Rwanda and afterwards explore some parts of Kigali City and its surrounding areas as time permits. Please make sure you are booked on an evening flight so that you may have enough time to travel through Rwanda at leisure and be able to pay visits to selected places in Kigali City before departure. END OF TOUR
